Out of total 8777 Acres land lying in phases of DHA, Karachi, 5257 Acres Land possessed no allotment letter and no proof of single payment to Government.

AT RAWAL DAM, ISLAMABAD

COST Rs. 1 BILLION.

Planning and Engineering Wing of CDA is working on a recreational project of Rawal Dam, Islamabad. It will cost up to Rs. One Billion. According to plan, from Rawal dam chowk to Kashmir chowk (Jinnah Convention Centre), a Cornish road will be constructed on bank of Rawal Dam like Dubai. 

Further additional recreational facilities will be provided in Rawal Lake View Park and Ankara park along both banks of Rawal Dam. At four places in the Rawal Dam , Decks will be constructed. A hotel will be constructed near Lake view at Rawal Dam such that a part of it will be in water. 

This idea will add beauty to the attraction of Rawal Lake view Park. A proposal is also under consideration for making food court near the Ankara Park. Another proposal of erecting chair lift is under consideration.

NINE YEARS PASSED, HOUSING FOUNDATION FAILED IN DEVELOPMENT WORK  OF SECTOR G-14, ISLAMABAD.

Despite passage of nine years, Federal Employees Housing Foundation did not succeed in completion of development work and getting possession of the area of Sector G-14, for which allotees of the said sector are deeply depressed and afraid of their dark future.

They have requested the Minister of state, Barrister Usman Ibrahim to take personal interest in resolving this long standing issue. Allotees told that they are retired employees and are living in rented houses.

CDA informed general public vide above said public Notice that development of any kind of residential, commercial and housing project in the areas of Dhah Allah Ditta and Sri Sial is prohibited under the ICT laws 1992 and CDA Ordinance 1960.

CDA decided to implement BIOMETRIC System for transfer of Plots.


With the cooperation of NADRA office, CDA has decided to implement the BIOMETRIC System in order to curb fraud and use of ID card for transfer of Plots. Director One Window, Riaz Akhtar has finalized the necessary details in this regard so that Plot transfer process can be made fool proof and crystal clear.

Chairman CDA cancelled the scheme of 24 hours plot transfer by paying Rs.10 or 15 thousands. He directed to hand over the transfer letter of plot in 5 days by paying only nominal fee. He also took notice that 50 % of fee was divided to the concerned  CDA staff and only 50% fee was deposited into CDA account.

Karachi Municipal Corporation (KMC)- Illegal sale of plots in KPT officers cooperative Housing Society. 

KMC (Master Plan Department) has warned the general public that KPT officers cooperative Housing Society is involved in illegal sale of plots without approval of Lay out plan.

For ownership of 130 Acres land of KPT officers cooperative Housing Society, a legal suit is under process in court, hence any deed of sale of plots will not be accepted by Government of Sindh.
