INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR HIRING OF OFFICE SPACE IN ISLAMABAD.
A Constitution Authority of Pakistan intends to call sealed bids for hiring of office space having net carpet area of 70,000 sq. ft. (also have parking area of minimum of 100 vehicles) situated within the radius of 03 kilometers from GPO, Islamabad. The place should be suitable for use as office and preferably be ready to be occupied with partition, cupboards, toilets, lifts ets. The office premises should be legally free from all encumbrances, well connected by public transport and should have wide approach road.
Bidding documents containing terms and conditions can be obtained from Room No. 409, Pak Secretariat, Block S, Islamabad during office hours. Sealed bids having separate " Technical" & "Financial" offers [ Single Stage - Two Envelop Bidding procedure as per PPRS Rule-36 (b)] are required to be posted to PO Box No, 1981 GPO, Islamabad maximum by 11:00 hours on 10.05.2016. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours and Financial Bids of the eligible bidders will also be opened on the same day at 15:00 hours in the presence of the bidders or their representatives at the Conference Room No.412, Pak Secretariat Block S, Islamabad.
