Financial Value of Plots/houses of some posh sectors is very high. It includes F and E sectors, whereas financial value of other sectors like G, I is less comparatively. However, still prices in new sectors like I-14, I-15, I-16, G-16, G-17, E-16, E-17, E-18, E-19, F-16, F-17, F-18, F-19, D-13 to 17, C-13 to 18, B-17, B-18, A-17 etc are less. People and Investors have invested a lot in these sectors.
Incident of 9/11 helped the property business of Islamabad to boom at its peak. Pakistanis living in USA and other some Western countries find difficulties there, and hence they invest their money in Pakistan specially in real state business.
