CDA Islamabad is ready to launch a new housing Scheme " Gandhara Enclave" very soon.
One more good news is received from Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad regarding preparation of new housing scheme called "Gandhara Enclave".
Site of this scheme is at the start of Margalla Avenue on GT Road and in front of Sector B-17. This scheme consists of 332 Kanals area. Five Apartments Tower will be constructed over an area of 24 Kanals.
There will 20 plots of size 50' x 90' and 44 plots of 40 x 80 for sale. A mall will be on 26 kanals. Land reserved for school, Hospital and Cinema is 4 Kanals, 6 Kanals and 3 Kanals respectively.
A beautiful mosque will also be constructed besides reserving 59 kanals area for Green area and 172 Kanals for Roads and Parking Purpose.
Addition of Gandhara Enclave will beautify the Capital City more.
