NINE YEARS PASSED, HOUSING FOUNDATION FAILED IN DEVELOPMENT WORK  OF SECTOR G-14, ISLAMABAD.

Despite passage of nine years, Federal Employees Housing Foundation did not succeed in completion of development work and getting possession of the area of Sector G-14, for which allotees of the said sector are deeply depressed and afraid of their dark future.

They have requested the Minister of state, Barrister Usman Ibrahim to take personal interest in resolving this long standing issue. Allotees told that they are retired employees and are living in rented houses.

The affectees of cancellation of costly plots have decided to knock the door of court for justice. They claimed that plots were allotted to them under the rules by the previous Federal Government and new Government has cancelled their plots without any law. However they have said the cancellation of plots should only be made if double plots have been allotted to any bureaucrat.

Islamabad:        Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation cancelled 31 plots of measuring 1 kanal situated in various sectors of Islamabad, which were allotted to Senior Bureaucrats by the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation during the reign of previous Government.

Notification for cancellation of plots is issued. Those who have already sold out their plots, from them, cost of plots will be recovered according to market rates. The affected allottees also demanded that Quota for allotting plots to Officers of Ministry of Housing and Works may be cancelled.
