Development work of roads in sector I-11, Islamabad is suspended due to non availability of Funds.

Development work in CDA sector I-11, opened some 23 years earlier, is stopped due to two issues, non-availability of funds and non possession of the land. Thousands allottees are desperate and scared of this situation.

CDA awarded contract of construction of roads in I-11-1&2  for 

Rs.186 Millions with a dead line for completion of work as March 2013. There are two big problem: a) Afghan refugees have not been removed from I-11-1 and b)15 % land of sector I-11-2 is still in occupation of local populace.
