PUBLIC NOTICE - CDA issued warning for illegal sale and purchase of plots in area of Shah Allah Ditta and Sri Sial, ZONE - 3 Islamabad.

CDA informed general public vide above said public Notice that development of any kind of residential, commercial and housing project in the areas of Dhah Allah Ditta and Sri Sial is prohibited under the ICT laws 1992 and CDA Ordinance 1960.

Following housing schemes in Shah Allah Ditta zone -3 Islamabad have been found involved in marketing for selling plots without CDA permission:

1)    Ali Town

2)    Green Meadows (North Ridge)

3)    Al-Riyan Residency

4)    Major Makhdoom Society

5)    Green Hills

CDA also warned the developers to stop marketing and advertising of the plots for sale purpose, otherwise strict legal action will be initiated against them.
