CDA HAS DESCIDED TO AUCTION 18 PLOTS TO GET INCOME OF EXPECTED ONE BILLION RUPEES, 

CDA board has granted approval for auction of 18 plots created in sectors F-7, F-8, and F-10 Islamabad. From this auction, it is expected to earn about one billion rupees. However , Director urban planning was directed to visit the site to confirm the plots are vacant and no illegal occupation is there upon.

CDA Islamabad has launched two residential sectors, D-12 & E-12 for sale.

CDA asked applications for residential plots in VIP sectors of Islamabad, viz D-12 & E-12.

Sizes of Plots are: 

Total Price of Plot, size 40x80,  is:    Rs. 16,700,000/-

50 % of plot price will have to deposited along with 

application. It becomes Rs. 8,350,000/-


Remaining 50% of cost will have to remitted after 3 months.
