Islamabad High Court asked the details of residential houses that are being used commercially.
Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui asked CDA Islamabad to provide the detail of residential houses which are being as commercial violating the laws.
An applicant filed a case in Islamabad High Court complaining about opening of Massage center in a residential house in his neighbour which is against the CDA by-laws and against islamic values and moral values.
