Sind High Court Karachi ordered to stop construction of Creek Terrace and Creek View in Creek City of DHA phase VIII.
Sind High Court during a hearing issued an order to stop further construction in the name of Creek Terrace and Creek View and asked commnets of DHA whether it is welfare project or not?
Order for stoppage of construction is issued on an application filed by Zahid ullah Khan, a resident of DHA phase VIII.
