PROPERTY TAX IS INCREASED BY CHAKLALA CANTONMENT BOARD RAWALPINDI

CHAKLALA CANTT BOARD RAWALPINDI HAS INCREASED TAX RATE OF PERSONAL BUILDINGS, HOUSES, COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS, @ 15% AND 25%.

HOWEVER, THEY HAVE DECIDED TO INCREASE THE TAX ON RENTED BUILDING KEEPING IN VIEW THE PRESENT RENT/MARKET RATE. 

ANY PERSON OR ORGANIZATION WHICH HAS ANY OBJECTION ON THIS INCREASE, MAY CONTACT THE OFFICE.

Plan of $12 Billion -Twin CAPITAL city near Islamabad is likely to be finalized soon.

Government of Pakistan has planned a mega project worth $12 Billion " new twin capital city" near Islamabad termed as "Dream Project". Under this dream project, commercial multi-storey buildings will be constructed like Dubai near Margalla Hills.

CDA is working on this project day and night. A new airport will be constructed near Rawat, Islamabad. Plan will be composed of 25000 acres. 8 to 10 lanes road will connect it with Motorway from Rawat. There will be a tunnel between old and new Islamabad.

As soon as the plan is finalized, Prime Minister, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will announce it. PM has directed Chairman CDA to work on this project on war footing base so that it may be started as soon as possible.
